For the main point. Racial differences in stats is so small between races in 14 that it is nigh innoticeable in performance. Even in XI, in the early days, yes it made a difference as the numbers where small. Yet with seekers and the gear have bigger and bigger numbers the difference between races became less and less valid.

The difference between a Lalafell caster and a Ro caser is, when same geared and same level is unnoticeable at max level. It only has a very minor difference whilst levelling early and numbers are smaller.

But calling out a Ro caster as being obviously low DPS because of their race choice is, as I've stated before, ignorance of FF14.

I don't know what your situation is, and it could be the the way you communcate due to a language barrier, as well as terrible formatting, but you really are coming off in a more than negative fashion in the posts I can bear to force myself through.

It was you calling someone out as having low DPS because they are a Ro caster, you were being corrected is all. Which to be frank highlighted that you don't know as much as you try to imply about FFXIV and could lead you to removing someone because of their race+job choice even though it makes practically zero difference.

No... you didn't 'answers hes questions' because he didn't pose one, he GAVE an answer.

You don't need a parser, you have access to this board. Go to DPS board, and look up your Role.
You will see optimal rotations and ideas for rotations. All kind of people talking about it.

Well that's very easy to break down

...but saying 1-2 point stat differences equals 1% is a gross misunderstanding of the game. They purposely designed the stats and the classes so that there is no ideal build. You can be a roegadyn thaumaturge all day long and still be hitting as hard as a lalafell thaumaturge if you've kept your gear current. 1-2 points is nothing compared to grand totals in the 900-1000 range. If anything, all your 'answers' does is illustrate just how much you don't know about the game you're purporting to be an expert at.

There is a maximum of 6 points difference between races. In an extremely rare situation, if all 8 people are the worst racial choice for their job, this is 48 main stat point differences, probably around 60 dps difference as a raid. I'm sure there are situations where 50 or 60 more raid dps would be the difference in wipe or clear, however, content is not tuned so tightly as to take racial stats into account. SE has stated as such, they want us to be the races we want to be without it being detrimental. In short, blaming racial stats for sub 1% wipe is pretty damn low.
