    DPS are allowed to be incredibly lazy, and just plain bad in pretty much any content, there is a lack of DPS checks in 4-man content, and in 8-man content they can easily get carried by the 3 other DPS (or Tanks and Healers who go out of their way to DPS)...
    Well, I'm not convinced, then, as my experience with df is different than yours. I do not support a parser, or think it will help make a better party experience.
