Yeah exactly just like all those who are for them are all harassers. Please don't generalize and paint everyone with one brush. There is very little new added to this discussion on a daily basis that hasn't been said before in this thread or the numerous ones like it. People see what they want to see it appears.

While this is true, a large number of the arguments against parser implementation in these threads are full of either misunderstandings about MMO communities, SE's position on their usage or the posters against them repeatedly show that they have little to no knowledge of how they actually work. In quite a few cases their posts provide nothing more than emotionally charged hyperbole based on zero facts whatsoever and often in quite a hostile manner.

So while you are correct that it would be wrong to paint many of the posters with the same brush, it would make the argument against putting them into the game much stronger if more players actually knew what they were talking about.

This isn't to say that every pro-parsing argument has been a shining beacon of understanding either but some of these responses are just like.. out of nowhere lol.
