Clearly, the best Final Fantasy character is Locke Cole.
Glamour is TRUE ENDGAME
It was adjusted for Heavensward for the appearance of Astrologians when they cast Conjurer cross-class abilities. Just imagine the left-hand weapon as the star-globe; that's the reason all left-hand weapons float when using Conjurer abilities.
It just looks especially hilarious with double-wielded weapons classes such as PGL and ROG when you use them in animations that they normally can't. Using the Aero III animation makes one weapon spin while the other one is still stuck in your left-hand.

It's fun with fist weapons, too. I have Stoneskin cross-classed on PGL and keep laughing when I have to reapply.
Cleric stance's animation also got broken with heavensward. It was much smoother looking in 2.x.
In my opinion it's actually pretty damn cool lol at least for ROG/NIN. A floating dagger while casting a spell? AMAZING :P I'd be fine with a hybrid melee/magic (more magic oriented) dagger wielding class. NIN counts as far as being a melee/magic hybrid but to me it's always seemed more melee focused thematically.
