Hello
I have seen everyone sprinting around, however I am missing the command for this - is it obtainable? I am a Conjurer.
There are forums saying how you need to press L2 + Triangle (ps3), but its just not there.
Please help!?
Many thanks

It's a skill that is mentioned under the "General Skills and Traits" window. I believe you can also macro it through: /ac "Sprint" <me>

It sounds like you may be on a console if I'm inferring correctly from your post. I'm certain that if you go under the General Skills and Traits section, as Aldora suggested, you will find the Sprint command. However you need to activate it, I'm unsure. But, it's there.
you can also just type
/chotbar action sprint
This command will put sprint on the very first empty slot you have on your hotbar. :3
You can also go under system configuration, button layout and change the R3 button (The one from pushing your right joystick down) to macro #99, if you dont want to put it onto its own hotbar slot.
Then make the macro by going into settings, then user macros and type in the 99th slot:
/ac Sprint
Thats it and you're good to go. :3
Sprint is one of the commands that is (or should have been) automatically put on your hotbar by the game, and it's in the position accessed by L2 + triangle, which is why people are telling you that. If you've lost it from your hotbar you can go into the General skills & traits menu, like people have said, select the Sprint action and press square to put it back on your hotbar. There's no need to macro it.
I believe L2 + triangle is the initial default position for it on your hotbar, but by the time you start accumulating lots of class skills you're going to want to reconfigure those hotbars anyway, so this is probably a good time to learn how.
First the basics: To add a skill to your hotbar, find the skill in the Actions & Traits window. The first section, "General", shows skills usable by all characters regardless of class. This is where you'll find Sprint, as well as things like Return, Teleport, and several others. The second section, "Actions", shows skills that are specific to your class, so when you're a Conjurer, it will show skills like Stone, Cure, Aero, and so on. (Not only is this useful for setting up your hotbars, but it's where you'll find descriptions of each of your skills' effects.) The bottom section "Main Commands" has commands for interacting with the UI, opening up various windows. (I'll get back to the other sections in a bit, but these three have what you'll want initially.)
Once you find the skill you want to place on a hotbar, select it and press the square button. (That square button is used in lots of windows to bring up a menu of sub-commands. You'll often see this use of it referred to in forum discussions as "right-clicking", which is its equivalent among keyboard/mouse players.) One of the options for a skill is to place it on a hotbar. Select that option and then press the button combination (e.g. L2 + triangle) for wherever you want it to go. It will be added to your current hotbar in that position. You can also use L1 + a face button to switch between different hotbars if you want to place it on another one. You have eight hotbars available (though it's easiest if you can accommodate all the commands you want on just a couple of them).
(Oh, there are other things you can add to the hotbars besides the skills found in that Actions & Traits window. For instance, usable items like food can be selected from your inventory window and added to a hotbar in the same way, by selecting it, pressing square and choosing "set to hotbar". So can emotes selected from the emote window. If you get to setting up macros, those can be added to hotbars from the macro window. There may be a few others.)
To rearrange items already on your hotbar to different positions (or different hotbars), press either L2 or R2 plus the Select button. This puts you into a hotbar configuration mode, where you can select a hotbar combo (L2 or R2 plus a face button) followed by another hotbar combo to swap the positions of items on those two hotbar slots. You can also select the same combo twice in a row to remove that item from your hotbar. To move something to a different bar, select a hotbar combo representing that action, then L1+face button of the hotbar you want to move it to, then the hotbar combo of the position on that bar where you want it. When you're done rearranging, use L2 or R2 plus the Select button again to exit this hotbar configuration mode.
I mentioned above that it's easiest if you can fit your actions on a couple hotbars. There's a bit more setup to make using a second one easier. For this part of the setup, you need to go to the Character Configuration window (Main Menu -> System -> Character Configuration). From the red buttons on the left side of the window, choose hotbars, and then go to the "Cross" tab. Check "Enable expanded hold controls with simultaneous L2 and R2". By default, it uses both sides of cross hotbar #4 for this (though you can change which ones are used if you want). If, for instance, you have all your skills on hotbars 1 and 4 while having 1 as your active hotbar and 4 used for expanded hold controls, then you have access to using all 32 skills from both bars. The 16 skills on hotbar 1 are activated with a two button combo (L2 or R2 plus a face button), while the 16 skills on hotbar 4 are activated with a three button combo (L2 AND R2 plus a face button, with the order in which you press L2 and R2 determining which half of the hotbar comes up).
Ok, this is turning into a bigger wall of text than I quite intended, but play around with it a bit and it should start to make sense. Or if it doesn't, come back and ask more questions.
