I posted this a long time ago, and it's still an issue after 1.20. Curious if anyone else finds this annoying/death inducing?

How it works now:
When you are locked on to an enemy while in Active mode, the Action Cursor lights up and takes over input from the left and right arrow keys.

Pressing Enter while the Action Cursor is over an Action, it executes that Action. If there is no action in the slot occupied by the cursor, it locks on to the enemy.

What would be nice if it could do:
Disable the Action Cursor so that the left and right arrows continue to cycle targets when not locked onto a target. This way you can disengage and use the arrow keys to move to another target. Currently you have to hit the ESC key twice before the Action Cursor gives focus back to targetting.

Pressing the Enter key toggles target lock instead of executing the command selected by the Action Cursor (If the cursor were disabled).

I currently try to leave the last slot on the action bar empty so I'm not accidentally performing actions I don't want to do. However, if in the heat of battle I forget to hit ESC twice to unlock my target and deactivate the Action Cursor, then I scroll to different actions while trying to change targets.
