You're aware how small the Wolves' Den PvP community is correct? You are more than likely to run into everyone who participates.

Also, the thing about 12 smns, it's a hyperbole, obv. It was actually just 10. I wasn't by myself, I had 23 other people on my team.

Seal Rock is hella casual, and I've seen you. not impressed Seal Rock barely teaches you anything about focusing, synergy, or how to even use it correctly. You can be abysmal and still win because your contribution is minuscule. Seal Rock does not equal Wolves' Den. So, you don't know.

To you it seems I have no valid critism to give based off the fact I do not join wolfs den every hour of every day, I can say i'm more focused elsewhere in the game.

Weather your impressed with my leadership/performance in seal rock is not of debate in this thread, keep it on track please about burst damage and not making it about your sense of worth compared to others. I could say the exact same about not knowing you, pry just a speck on the wall who did nothing but stayed quiet, but I won't as I really have no clue who you are except by the tone you have given me.

You complain about burst yet your team won just fine. Your argument is invalid.

The thing about burst is it's on a timer. Once it happens it can't happen again for a short while.

First of all, I could care less if I won or not when it comes to the possible output of damage in PvP. I was a Healer and there were more matches where they melted my team.

Also they didn't use full swing, which means there was another attempt at which that burst could happen again.

In FL astros are far stronger than in den due to a multitide of reasons, the biggest one is that people run around and stun/sleep/heavy/bind as many people as they can when it isnt needed, so when people start chasing an astro, the astro has already abused the previous fact and builed up immunity/resistance to most of the cc

also factor in that FL players are far from coordinated in terms of attacking someone

It's too bad that in every interesting discussion, some players absolutely want to "contribute" despite their lack of experience in the matter.
It appears a lot of players doesn't understand the notion of "burst" and why it's the principal cause of unbalance in pvp.

Of course killing one guys in 5 sec in a 24 or 72 players map isn't going to make you win.
But in 8vs8 (to bad it doesn't exist in FF) and especially as 4vs4 it's the only thing that count. And the fact you have to wait 1 min to burst again is not important.
Basically in 4vs4 if you manage to get the first kill, your team win. You can't allow to have big gap between damage dealer burst particularly in this mmo where damage dealers are all very breakable (there are no "half tank" like in other mmo).
