[Key config] Make the mouse scroll avaible for binding

I want to change the function of scroll to swap between hotbar sets. Like of I start on 1 which has flank skills then scroll up to hotbar 2 for rear-pounding skills. Scroll down to go back to flank or scroll down again for stance switches / rare-ly used stuff.

Unless thats already possible?

well I can't say this will help with your GAME at all because third party tools are bad, but for changing the function of any mouse action in WINDOWS you can use a little app called X-Mouse Button Control. It even does the "tilt wheel" if you have a mouse that does that.

I want this, but for AoE rotations. That's how I had my WoW Paladin set up and it was a dream. Hit caps when it's time to mash the mobs, hit it again for single target bars.

Hotbar 1 can swap to any hotbar. If you've noticed the 1 next to the hotbar that doesn't exist by other hotbars you've setup, it's because you can change that.
Shift + the number you want is the default command.

While it's not programmable to scroll wheel without some help from your mouse software, it certainly can be done!
