[Key config] Make the mouse scroll avaible for binding

The mouse scroll is one of the most usefull bind in this kind of mmo where we got a lot of different skill to use.

By preventing the camera to zoom/dezoom while pressing crtl, shift or alt and allowing us to use the mouse scroll for binding, you give us 6 more very handy bind.

(crtl+scroll up, ctrl+scroll down etc...)

Actually you can only press it to use it as a bind. You can't use the scroll in the key config.

I have a horrible brother who changed the keybind on the actual computer to minimize all open programs. I found out one day during raid. orz It quickly got fixed, though.

How do you exactly do to config your mouse in order to be able to use the scroll as a key bind ?
Cause in other mmo i can directly config it in the ingame settings. And in FFXIV the scroll isn't known.

For exemple i want to be able to activate Provocation by doing ctrl+scrollup. Or Plunge by doing shift + scrolldown.

In my game autorun was bind to "/" btw i can config "click scroll" as any other key of my board contrary to scrollwheel up/down

In many mouses software (this would require something a bit more advanced than your basic standard mouse) you can configure the cuttons to represent anything you want. If I wanted scroll-up to now be L it would be so. FFXIV wouldn't see me scrolling up anymore, it'd only see LLLLLLL. So whatever I have keybound to L ingame would then get used.
Similarly scroll down would work the same, so if I were to, for example bind that in my mouses software to O, scrolling down would be OOOOOOO.

So now we just shuffle the two for easy LOL access.

I have a mad catz rat 3 but it only allow me to config the scroll button, not the scroll wheel. It's stupid since the game already recognize the scroll button.

So it would be definitely great to have access, like in others mmo, to the scroll wheel in the key configuration.
