As the title says, I suggest that stat gain when it comes to items of higher item level should be decreased. We are going to sit at level 60 for a while and with every new item level tier the old content gets easier, while at the same time more difficult for fresh level 60ties - especially tanks with enmity issues and lack of experience with the content.

I do realise that stat overhaul of all the gear would require quite a bit of time and resources, so for start we could focus on gear from this point onwards.

This would shift the focus from gear more towards skill and as the side effect it might increase the value of materia, which could improve demand for crafted gear.
