What do you have your fingers crossed for in 3.1?

Honest question. What are you guys hoping for that may or may not have been announced yet in 3.1?

Even if it's set up for dissapointment - what do you hope / wish for?

For example, myself - personally:
I want to see housing in 3.1. It's something I eagerly wait for as I sit on 70+ million in gil, my girlfriend sits on 30+ million in gil (funds we specifically started up to buy our respective houses)

I also hope lord of verminion is well done and that the tourney that comes with it is not another TT cheese fest. I want to compete in the actual content and not compete for server 1st cheeser at the start of the tourney.

Also, the relic line should be refreshing to do, as long as it's not more of the "grind 2000 light from old content" again.

I don't play nin, but I hope they fix that this coming patch. NIN is in such a bad place right now, at least that's what I hear. I don't really have many experiences with my own lvl 60 nin to speak from.

I've been hearing the opposite, actually. Their DPS is the lowest of the three melee, but their utility is highly sought out for in Savage groups and usually don't have too much of a time finding one. Mudras though, yeah they're bad... especially living in Australia.

How fun the Exploration content is, and how interesting the rewards are, is pretty much what my sub rests on.

I don't imagine my static raiding Alexander for a full 5 more months. And their not raiding, I'll probably take a break.

Also with losing that third dungeon per patch to it. I really can't bare to go through more patches of only two dungeon DREX for esos. Thats mind numbing.

I am really hoping that the new exploration content/24-man raid isn't locked behind having an FC airship. I am part of a tiny FC that simply can't afford to make an airship and I will be totally bummed out if a considerable chunk of Patch 3.1 requires an FC airship.

Phew! That's good to know. Thanks! ^__^ I just recently re-subbed after a short break (due to being busy with irl stuff), so I'm not up to date with recent developments/patch information.

I actually miss more than a bit, spending time on a boat or an airship like in FFXI. At least on the boats, I liked the mini events that happened during traveling. Combine that with the fact that your free company can now make their own airships make it even more of a desire to have.
