Steps:
Just had a Raptor Blue dyed Dhalmelskin Halfgloves of Crafting (HQ) and Hallowed Chestnut Ring (HQ) equipped as both Weaver and Carpenter to see if it was just on one class.

Weaver - In un-sheafed mode with /cpose


Carpenter - In sheafed mode


Seemed to be consistent in most poses i could think of, even when mounted


Haven't really tried it with other gloves or rings, but IMO it looks like it's the gloves, it also has few other angles where this clipping is barely noticeable saying its just a small thing and i may be nit-picking here but close up the ring clearly clips the gloves, maybe disable rings on half-gloves? haven't tried it on other races or genders either so it may just be Miqo'te Females or may just require the rings to be moved, it it's the same on both hands.

Also Rend Mind as Machinist shows up as Rent Mind on the pop-off text on enemies and on the status bar of enemies etc, but I think I saw someone already submitted that
