Accuracy on gear is becoming a big problem with the current stat scaling. We are getting a huge amount of accuracy on a single piece of gear which means many times we are either way under or way overshooting the 100% accuracy cap for raids.

This also means that stronger gear (higher ilvl) may infact be a loss because of such a severe loss in accuracy.

So please consider changing this current design or add more items with a small amount of accuracy (ie. 15-20) to help us better reach specific accuracy caps.

Will the big increase in item level be viewed critical and where will we go until the next Expansion hit?

ARR Endgame: ilvl 45 - 135 (90 ilvl from Patch 2.0 - 2.55)
HW Endgame: ilvl 145 - 210 (65 ilvl from Patch 3.0 - 3.05)

Are new the relic weapons coming in patch 3.1, or has that been postponed?

The new relic weapon quests will require
(a) completing new and challenging content once, like it was with the hard mode primals for the old relic weapon, which were quite challenging at item level 70 or lower (when relic weapons were introduced) ? or
(b) grinding for dozens of hours the same face-roll easy content, like it was with every other step of the relic weapon except the very first one? or
(c) something completely different? If so, please elaborate.

Will crafting play any role or big role in the new relics? The whole High quality 3 star items needed for the zodiac quest for every craft was a bad design in relics.
