Any plans on introducing weapons and armor collections?

EDIT: It seems that a lot of players in this thread are asking for the same thing, so I decided to summarize things here, since I made the 1st post. Point is, we need some kind of storage system where we would store our old gear. FF14 is filled with awesome weapons and armors, but most of those goes to waste or people are keeping them with their retainers, thus creating a huge problem with storage space. It doesnt matter how you name the system - Glamour Collection/Catalog, Glamour Armoire, Gamour Closet, Gear Collection or wahtever - the purpose is the same. Im sorry for putting this so bluntly, but the existing Armoire is a joke.
Collections can also be connected to the achievements and that would motivate people even more to play the old content, like ARR dungeons and Coil turns. The system implemented in Guild Wars 2 is a good example of this. Also, it would be nice to introduce furnishing items like weapon racks and mannequins where players would be able to display their collections: full armor sets/weapons.

The items required for crafting 60** are in a huge limited supply due to weekly limit of red scrips and also due to the RNG nature of the favours required to have a chance to obtain them.

The crafts of item level 180 Disciples of War and Magic gear require an absolutely insane amount of these materials, and there's no purpose to craft those at all, since Tomestones of Law are so easy to earn and give equivalent gear than the crafted ones.

Are there any plans to make it possible to obtain the red-scrip gated items in a more sensible way, such as using tomestones of law or through exploratory voyages, or are we going to be stuck with only the favor system until 3.2 or later?

When will the "character still logged in" error be removed? It's really annoying not being able to log back in immediately if you're disconnected or the server kicks you at a critical moment.

When will the four hour cooldown on vote dismissing be removed in the duty finder? If we do multiple dungeons in a row, there are situations where we aren't able to initiate a kick. Is it possible to have it on a per dungeon run?

While fishing or during certain other activities we are unable to move items in our inventory or organize them. Is there any way to make it possible for us to do those little tasks while fishing or otherwise occupied?

With raid encounters tuned to require healer DPS are there any plans to add accuracy on healing gear?

With raid encounters tuned to require tanks to DPS, fending accessories are largely undesirable to tanks due to having no strength, so they are forced to use crafted accessories with str/vit melds.

Would you consider adding a small amount of strength to fending accessories so that these items are desireable to tanks (but not optimal for melee dps) instead of having no value.

Can we have the option to skip the cutscene if we fail on Steps of Faith or Bismarck? Having to sit through it is really irritating.

Can we have the ability to right click and report RMT to instantly block them? It's reached the point where myself and several players I know are forced to disable tells and reporting them is inconvenient rather than seamless.
