Respawn Looking for a MCH / BRD (A3S Static)

Our BRD had to step away from raiding for awhile due to personal reasons so we are looking for a dedicated full time replacement. We raid Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Sundays from 7pm - 10ish pm PST.
We are a very laid back and fun group...no drama at all.

Currently on A3S with A1S and A2S on constant Farm.

What we are looking for:

-MCH or BRD as a main preferably with the other leveled if possible
-Highly skilled at either class
-Background in progression raiding
-Reliability - must be able to show up on time on raid nights
-0 drama or raging
-Able to use Teamspeak
A3S EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Background fact on us -
- We are currently working on A3S passing Adds phase.
- Most of us, including myself have 10+ years of hardcore raiding experience.
- We are ACTIVELY using FFLogs and we are currently on Ranking ladders.
