    "The Captain's Cravings" have been exhausted.

    As a CUL32, I fail "The Captain's Cravings". I have done this local leve 3 times so far throughout my level allowance, yet for some reason I have not only failed all three leves, but only succeeded in crafting only 1 eel pie.

    I have succeeded in fullfilling locals of recommended level 35.

    Did you take Common Cookery buff? It still requires that because it's an old recipe, I have been doing it just fine since lvl 28 CUL.
