[Static Recruitment] Semi-HC static LFM

We are a new English static that has cleared A4S. We have members from NZ/Aus/MY/SG/USA, and we are looking for good players that are keen to improve themselves and enjoy raiding in a friendly atmosphere.

Current group composition:

DRK/PLD | WAR | WHM | SCH | DRG | MNK | SMN/BLM | MCH.


What we are looking for:

• A caster to replace our current BLM/SMN. Ideally we would like someone with A4S experience, however that can be discussed.

Raid times (GMT+11 / AEDT):

• Friday - 7 - 10pm
• Saturday - 7 - 10pm
• Sunday - 7 - 10pm (If we need it)

If there are minor issues with the raid times we may be able to make some changes.


What we are about:

• Punctuality and reliable raid attendance. We aim to meet 90% of raids, and aim to be on time and finish on time. We use Whatsapp to communicate any afk's/last minute issues.
• We all try to improve, whether that is gear or class/raid knowledge/output each week. We aim to min/max our gear and learn how our classes complement each other in a raid environment.
• We don't come to raids continually making the same mistakes. We expect people to make mistakes during progression, but we also expect everyone to improve and learn from them.
• Friendly and co-operative attitude in raids. We are here to improve, which means fixing mistakes. If you can't take constructive criticism, then this is not the right place for you. In saying that, rudeness and blaming others isn't wanted either.
• We are used to what progression raiding entails. This means not becoming negative and wanting to quit when things become hard.
• We use Discord to communicate during raids. Everyone should be able to talk if needed.
