Hitting a sound macro 7 times+ is a tad excessive, which is what I have personally witnessed and commented on (along with a lot of people). This was indeed weeks ago and since then I haven't heard really anything or even seen you on.

Adders do have very few leaders that is a fact but instead what we have is multiple idiots spamming chat with stupid crap, take for instance my last game. We are dead 3rd place, "DON'T ENGAGE" "DEFEND" screams one idiot

    Score: M: 650 F: 670: A: 200

We get this a lot, adders are simply full of a lot of weak pvp players or players which don't wanna actually fight.
Back then, I was incredibly new to leading, so my spamming of the macro would of been a result of inexperience, but now I understand that this can be very disruptive to people, and it can have people focus on me and what I'm doing than what's actually happening in the game, so instead I just learned from my experience and just have the sound macro used only once if needed to. Rest, I just flag if not very hard to notice. I still have been PvPing, but I think that we might not have been in the same games/ noticed me, and I apologize for back then for spamming and general overuse of the sound macro.

Yes, eso farmers are a problem within Adders because of the abuse of the fast que times and so even with 5 eso farmers of bad quality, it becomes an extremely uphill battle to win, but even with no eso farmers, the general population of Adders are bad at PvP, mostly those who play DPS and don't know how to burst (especially the BRDs, dude, you have a burst in Wanderers Minuet, use it, or even possibly use Wanderers Minuet, not leave it off the entire game) and overzealous DPS + tanks. I do not know why people would ignore those who are trying to lead, as in this game, communication and coordination is vital.

The problem is that a lot of people do not seem to understand how Seize works. They think it is just about dpsing and they independently chase any targets who happen to be nearby regardless of the scores or the risks.

I think it would be good if Square-Enix made a promo video for Seal Rock which acts both like a beginner's guide and also an advertisement to both subscribers and non-subscribers to get people to try this out. Lots of people who already play the game just never considered doing any pvp, and I've gotten a couple of people hooked on it by telling them it's fun and explaining how the rules and scoring works.
Oh, I have seen the reverse of this, where Adders have been dominating the entire game, and so close to winning, so people get the idea that we're unbeatable at this point, so they do stuff such as hold 2 nodes, allowing both GCs to attack both nodes, often leading Adders to a sandwich which costs them their position and even the game.

Ppl want only defend in the corner and wait miracle happen. Other worlds AFK in the node while doing nothing. Or just half players wanna fight against mael and half against flames then we are in 1v2 situation. I used to play some rated battlegrounds in wow back in days before ffxiv released and 95%+ of the time winner was the team that manage collect more kills and dominate fights. Even if 2 players either solo around or afk somewhere, it put your team in huge disadvantage if opponent have full 8 man team.
This so much. I agree with this totally. 24 man is much more easier to play/ lead and can help people get to terms with how Seize and PvP in general works. I really do hope SE adds in the option to just play 24 when choosing to do Seize.

I sympathize with this. I'm on Primal server, so it's a different crowd, but I have had a similar experience with Adders.

Disengaging from Mael is infinitely easier, because Adders stick to you like glue, even when they are losing the fight. This isn't all the time, mind you. I've seen Adders play really well on occasion, but that only makes their insanity moments even more baffling. There are days where I wonder wtf happened to them because they go on this streak of stuffing their heads up their own butts and trying to preform their best imitation of an angry duck.

There definitely is a correlation to the time of the week, though. I find that all three GC's are at their worst in the first couple days after reset. It's a lot harder to keep them on point, and the negative voices in the chat box are unrelenting... it's painful and infuriating to deal with these kinds of players. The make the PvP matches a toxic environment. I want to get my exp bonuses really badly, but I'm always tempted to put off PvP'ing until later in the week, like Thursday, just so I can avoid all this garbage.
