Yes, I think that's generally a better route as well. Having Bismarck drop a i190 ring or something would have been a decent way to keep it relevant at least for a bit longer.
A guy was in PF in my server for over 5 hours asking to help him clear Bishex .... Only 3 joined over the course of those 5 hours.
This is what I mean this new primals don't provide anything to encourage other players to help or farm. . The way ifrit/garuda/titan were designed was ace. I'll never forget the 23 PF people looking to farm for accessory or ponys.
Mid content is lacking here

It would be nice if they'd drop minions.. like Odin has one, Gilgamesh has one...why not a mini Ifrit or Garuda or Ramuh?

They should have an option in duty finder settings to scale up the level of these fights to current level cap and then base reward drops for it. As I see it accessories/crafting material would drop at end of fight, but a token system to save up for which ever primal gear set your going for also with every patch with the new ilvl, they could add a weekly quest to get items to raise the gears ilvl to keep it appealing to do IMO.

Just because you were unable to contend with the content for one reason or another does not mean that the rewards were not meaningful. You're just unable to see worth despite it being there.
