    Targetting none?

I looked on the keybinds and on the macros and I can't find a way to drop your target besides having the "Enable clicking on field" option on. I want to stop using that option because it has caused me to drop my target accidentally many many times, so now I wanted to just have a key to drop it.

Yeah, I know I can achieve that pressing Esc, but that first closes all UI windows in sequence (including the map, which is very inconvenient since I use it actively, the minimap is way too small for me) as you keep pressing it, and only after everything is closed it'll drop your target once you press it again.

Is there any other way to drop your target right away? I'm very surprised that without the clicking on field option there's no way to directly drop it without having to close all windows first. There are keybinds and macros for targetting so many different things, but not for targetting none.

While this doesn't directly address your issue, have you tried to increase the size of the minimap? You can increase it up to 150% of its original size. Go into HUD editing, select the minimal and press Ctrl+Home to cycle through its possible sizes. (That's the default key command for it anyway. Can be changed in hot key settings)

If you say 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.

Thanks, but I've known this all along. Increasing the size of the minimap doesn't increase the ammount of terrain displayed, and it being circular doesn't help either.

This is a sample of what my UI looks like

You can zoom in and out on the minimap from the + and - buttons on its right edge. That helps somewhat, though it only has a few zoom levels, so doesn't give as much flexibility in that regard as the main map window has.

I agree that there certainly should be a simple way to just remove your target focus without closing windows in the process.
