Would you play FFXIV if it had action combat?

I love action combat like in Tera Online, there was no such thing as Global Cooldown and that made things a lot more exciting. I find GC very boring, I can press skills with my mouse here. In Tera Online you had to keep moving in both pvp and pve and press skills/spells at the same time in order to survive. I was a healer as a main there, there was no such thing as standing still and healing your party members in dungeons.

I actually miss that.

Yeah the combat system is literally one of the only complaints I have about this game. I mean it's 2017 and there's still global cooldowns and no casting while moving. whaat?
