Second Wind

I havn't tested sincepatch. Grab you some +mnd rings and cast second wind 10 or so times and aerage it, then add rings and do the same. That should give you an idea to start.

Second Wind always heals for the same amount so you'd only have to test once.

Personally I'm wondering if Healer's Hand materia affects it. If it does, it'll probably the best materia for head slot. Unfortunately, Healer's Hand seems to be the rarest of all materia, at least for me.
