    Purchasing Heavensward PS4

    Hi all,

    I have read loads of threads about the PS3 --> PS4 upgrade pre-order issue, but can't seem to find the answer to my current situation, so thought I would just post the question for you guys in the know to clarify... sorry if its obvious/repetitive!!

    So I upgraded my FF14 PS3 version to the PS4 version ages ago. Then the other day, I went to buy what I thought was the heavensward expansion pack, for £29.99 (that appears under the 'start game' option in the FF14 drop down on PS4... paid, nothing happened...spoke to sony and turns out I just bought the game again, because the PSN doesn't recognise that I already own it, because it was a PS3 upgrade.

    The lady at Sony said she is working on getting me a refund.

    My issue now is, what do I do about purchasing Heavensward??

    Do I have to buy the ARR + Heavensward bundle together? I don't mind (much!) buying the game all over again for PS4, just wanted to clarify, as I have myself totally confused now!!

    Also, if I do buy the bundle... should I uninstall my current game?

    Did you trying downloading the demo/trial version? For some that worked allowing them to then purchase the expansion.

    Thanks for the replies, think i'll try and download the trial version and see what happens, if that fails then I think i'll buy a physical copy!!

    Its just annoying isn't it!! When I log into Mogstation, it recognises that I have a PS4 copy of the game, its just irritating that the PSN/store doesn't seem to get it!
