    You can also kill the bombs in Toto-Rak. I ran people through there for their gear I think I now have over 100 Bomb ash's.

    It's a r25 dungeon so... it's in that 'missing' level range you're talking about.

    mobs in there are lvl 35, it still the same range as being lvl 30....

    Not much in there is 35. The person I was running through stopped getting chain bonuses as much at 31 and no chain bonuses by 33
