THM VS CON

I would like everyones opinion about what would make THM a good class to play over CON.

Changes to CON since the beginning:

Con exclusive Aoe healing spells
Two Extra Con exclusive raise spells
Boosted Elemental attacks now that weaknesses work better
Boosted Ancient magic, that still can be AOE.

Changes to THM since the beginning

Removed AOE healing
Boosted Banish and Scourge potency
Then Reduced Banish and scourge potency (1.19, and conj can use them to, but no reason to)
Boosted? then reduced potency of shadowsere
Boosted Drain Potency (oh Conj can use this too)
Boosted Siphon MP potency (Conj can use this too)

Anyone wish to add some things to the list? I will add more but I am fighting.... I dont know many people that want to play THM (or GLD) after they see how much better CON (or MRD) is compared.
