You could see the third eye under her circlet if you looked at her from Lalafellin height.

To be honest, I thought the 'Brawny Knight' of the Knights Twelve in that Echo scene was actually meant to be a reference to the tavern

My point was that on this game we have always found tips that have being hiding in plain sight. Tips that may revealed something on future content.
Lucia was just an example.
