Yesterday I was queued as a pld for the level 73 dungeon. My WHM was something else though lmao. I pulled two groups of mobs and she casted holy a few times, stuck a regen on me, and then just kind of sat there after, and let me die. My boyfriend and I were like ???? and asked her what she was doing, which she replied "lilies take time to bloom" verbatim. It kind of blew me away and I asked her what about bene, tetra, and benison, and god forbid, cure II? to which she told me to just pull. I died again after that as well. We wiped 2 times before moving on. Homegirl made very little efforts to dodge anything, so when she did get hit, she casted two medica II's back to back and I was about to die again, so I just gave up and clemencied the rest of the dungeon. After the first few pulls I started counting what she did, and here are the numbers:

Assize: 0
Tetra: 4
Bene: 1
Benison: 1 (after the mobs had all died)
Asylum: 3
Misery: 0

She was level 80 too.

Where I'm from, "Buddy" is always used when speaking to someone you perceive as male and the context is always a condescending, faux friendliness. E.g. Thanks for stopping in the doorway, buddy." I've never seen it used when the person is perceived as female; instead, women tend to get the other more direct b word that isn't coated in a veneer of friendliness.

I wouldn't take it to heart. From what I can see, and I do this myself, is people saying 'they' if they don't know the gender or just go off by their character. I don't bother to correct anyone because it is not important lol.

That said, I sure do love when folks have the need to correct others and be rude, then screw up and look utterly ridiculous. we call that karma!

Not DF but PF. I was doing innocence ex, and the other tank, despite having better gear, was having problems with gaining aggro. I would almost steal the boss in non-tank stance when he was in tank stance.

That wasn't the end of it though, I noticed I got killed by the boss from the lack of tank swap. I asked him about it and he said it was my fault. Turns out he was provoking AFTER Righteous bolt, not during, so I would get hit by it, and then killed by the auto attack after (this was due to my shirk not giving him enough aggro since his aggro generation was so bad).

Said obviously I was doing it wrong since I was dying, and he wasn't (he wasn't dying since I actually was provoking during Righteous) and that I should just Superbolide through it each time. :I I would have done that from the get-go if I knew he wasn't going to provoke properly.

Gods, last night I had very tedious run. You know how Dusk Vigil is SUPER boring? Pair that up with a single-group tank and a healer partner that only spams Medica II and Cure III. I noticed by the time we reached the first Behemoth-like creature that the healer had no MP. Upon checking, they were spamming Cure III... far away, while clipping Medica II constantly. I told them they should use Cure I and II instead in that content, but they never listened. They kept spamming these two spells and nothing else. It was a long... and boring run. I can't wait to finish leveling my DPS so I can take the reins of these runs.

I remember a run of Dzemael Darkhold where the Healer was casting Cure II on me even when I wasn't taking damage. I don't really understand that kind of Healer.

This Titania run I just had. First pull, they couldn't kill one of the big trees. Tank piped up and was focus on one and gave them an order. They managed to kill one. Third pull, we have 20% Echo. Tank just pulls. ONe of the DPS bails. Without that DPS we somehow do it. The OT pipes up. "Utilize your Shields, Ekhi" "Ekhi, use your shields." Like yea, we have 20% Echo. There's no damage going out that'll one shot anything at this point. And I want to point out, the MT is on point and know what they're doing. I'm not worried. I just started Adloing the OT to get them to shut up. And I had a Crit Excog on the tank first pull and my co-healer would not let it pop. That green symbol means it's okay to not heal. And besides you're a WHM, you can let the tank fall under 50% and be okay.

he must have been a troll, you simply cannot lose enmity anymore if you have tank stance on, he was doing autoattack only rotation.

I dunno, this isn't the first time I have had that in innocence Ex. Maybe they aren't doing their rotation correctly?

No matter how hard you mess up - as long as your tank stance is on and you finish a single combo every minute there is no way in hell (or heaven or nirvana) that you'd be struggling with enmity.
