Yes, sometime it makes your duty more a struggle than a speedrun, but when I accept to go into a PUG, I also need to accept the consequences, as bad players, the so called "n00bs", and anything else. On the other side, if you are making a premade party, you have the rights to decide who and who not can stay in the party.
I cannot tell you how much I feel disrespected as healer, when the tank casts Protect themself when party still not ready and Protect must be redone because still some member haven't got it. I also feel the tank may had used that cross class slot for something else more useful for his role in a party. But I'll deal with it, just cast protect when it is time for it, and go do the duty.
