I think anyone in AV without at least the four pieces of relic i45 armor stuff (that you get at lv45 job quest), is not okay.

Which honestly, if its name alone, kind of a stupid reason to commend someone but then again I could care less as all I know is the user was banned from forum.

Selli was banned? Does anyone know why? I never kept up with what she did, but I'd occasionally see her post.

I got Pharos Sirius in-progress recently.

One of the dps had left after the party had wiped twice to the first boss and we'd wiped pretty fast again when I went in with them. The scholar was blaming everything on the paladin, but there were multiple things going wrong. I told the scholar they needed to shield between heals and use eye for an eye, the paladin he needed to go into the fight with shield oath on, and the blm to focus on the adds when they popped. We beat the boss with a little struggle after that, but the rest of the run was smooth.

I was nervous about speaking up about the issues I saw at first, but I was really happy I didn't let the tank get blamed for the other two not playing their best even if he was also making a pretty big mistake. Really bad runs aren't usually just the fault of just one person.

She got banned for swearing in posts on two separate occasions and was deemed a "bad influence on the community."

Bismark ex. Had to vote abandon after wiping early in add phase 5 times. Despite multiple people explaining in multiple languages what went wrong and what should be done instead after every wipe.

Zurvan NM Wednesday night. 5 Wipes. 6/8 people insist to go to the opposite color of the debuff.
What. I thought it should be the same color.

Later that night, I did Baelsar's Wall as SCH (iLVL 260). My HP 3 - 4k higher than the MNK and BLM. I was out DPSing them and the MNK yelled at me to just stay heals. Lolwhut I DPS and dot just fine. I stance dance comfortably.

It is same color. Anyone who stacks opposite is going to inflict a vulnerability stack on the party.

I got a Garuda EX last night. The WAR didn't have provoke. Neither tank could hold hate off me, an Astro. Two dps left. After another bad wipe the SCH left. My FC mate joined me on WHM and the tanks couldn't keep hate off him, or me, so we had two more horrible wipes. Even when we got to her ultimate the rocks were always broken or nearly gone. It was about half an hour total when we voted to abandon.

Makes me sad because I've successfully taught parties that whole fight and we've cleared synced. But tanks have to hold hate and dps have to...well...dps...

Recommended to the WAR that he level gladiator to get provoke and he got sulky. The DRK seconded my advice and the WAR was like, "I guess..."
