I feel so horrible had to kick my first player, yesterday so I almost have level 60 on my dragoon so I was doing some roulette's with a fc friend. So we get the level 44 dungeon dd, so first thing I notice was a conj I was like oh boy, and then the tank had the new symbol of returning player. The tank didnt have his stance on a first but he was one of those kinda players that you can work with still learning the job totally understandable he was cool cant say anything bad about him.

But the conj wow never saw one aoe heal, they spammed cure 3 we died in the trash before the first boss. We died twice on the trash after the second boss the toads that many people seem to always die to in there. So to the healer I wanted to nicely say can you please get a job stone, whm is so much better than conj and got no reply I asked a few more times until I just knew we would die several more times if I didnt kick him. My first player to ever kick I still feel bad but I feel I had no choice otherwise tho.

Erm Cure 3 is the strongest AoE heal a White Mage / Conjurer has. But yeah, simply using Conjurer instead of White Mage is a good enough reason to kick someone (at that level).

To be fair unless the party is stacked together it's only healing one person most of the time

Don't feel bad. The only thing you can do is try to help. You did that and he rejected it. At that point, they are fair game to kick.

Honestly, the reason people make it to high level like this is that people allow them to. People carry players like this, and they shouldn't. If the two options were get good or get kicked, we would see more good.

Can confirm I only started to get good after someone tried to vote dismiss me, told me all the things I was doing wrong, and the guy I'd partied with told me he'd tried to dismiss me.

I'd only partied with friends for dungeons before and it was an eye opening experience.

Good (and overdue) advice, but it's not like it's advice that he could take then and there. Why would you ask a few more times? What did you expect him to do about it during the run?

Just got out of a Sohm Al HM that we had to vote kick the healer from. Why do you ask? Because all they did was spam Medica II, Regen on all of us, and Cure II the tank when they were near full. The tank would tell them not to regen us before a pull but he still did anyway. I told them they didn't need to constantly Medica II us when no one but the tank was getting hurt. He refused to listen to either of us. We ended up kicking him after we wiped to the last boss because all he was doing was spamming Medica II :/

All tanks should be making it a habit to use the /statusoff command at the end of combat to counteract healtards.

Dun Scaith is a wonderous place, specifically the 2nd boss.

I was trying to turn all the pads the right color, but then this blue dress bimbo wandered through all of them and started changing them back. We had the water debuff, and she was turning them blue. I undid all that she had done and started chasing her, she kept running in a circle trying to undo everything i had just fixed. She even sprinted to try and change more of them.

My FC mates are like "Averax, are you gonna punch that person in the face, because you should punch that person in the face"
