I'll be happy to, but please explain the reason, since I've been whined at for not giving blm Ewer, so they could stay in Astral longer.

Well, the thing is, BLM rarely switches into Umbral because of the lack of MP and mostly because it needs to refresh Enochian.
Our MP usually also perfectly lines up with rotations even without putting extra piety. Having no AST/SCH in the party is the exception, but then you have no AST cards either
Also, since our skills are fairly expensive to cast, if we are out of MP, that slight MP regen from Ewer is not going to help, we need to switch back into Umbral anyways for that crazy high regen tick.

So, while Ewer is nice and does not hurt or anything (and I actually really like it for AoEing because it prevents the 0 MP after Flare and therefore let's me skip using Transpose),
it is not terribly helpful either. And many ASTs may think "Well, the BLM got Ewer, so I'll give Arrow to any of the other DPS classes" when, in fact, the increase in spellspeed would be the most perfect buff for us, much more than other DPS classes.

That's why it is frustrating to recieve Ewer over Arrow, when instead, the Ewer could have been used to turn the next Arrow or Balance into an AoE which we could have gained something from, too^^

That's exactly why. I did mention that Ewer can be useful to BLM in a very specific situation, and that is after Flare, but particularly in PotD, I sure as hell don't want to start AoEing, because that usually means there are too many targets and too many targets kills people.

And in this specific case, it was more like the AST gave everyone else Arrow, then threw Ewer on me like a consolation prize. Just... Royal Road needs love too.

Ah, okay, thank you for explaining. I typically hoard Ewer for either RR or myself (or Foe brd), so it's rare for me to Ewer blm anyway. I prefer to give them Balance, Arrow, or Spear.

Each time an ast gives me spear when I'm on blm I wonder to myself "What the hell do you expect me to do with this??" because they always throw it at me way after I've done my opening rotation and I'm not using any other oGCD for another minute. In fact it would bother me if they gave it for my opener too because the cds are perfectly workable in the rotation as is, shortening them would actually throw me off in 80% of fights.

And yes, as mentioned, ewer does nothing for blm, except for aoeing and even then it's still preferable to royal road it. The mp refresh isn't enough. The only way for us to squeeze in an extra fire IV in our rotation is to have an enhanced ewer and a bard singing ballad or something, and obviously that's not not as much as a gain as an expanded balance/arrow and a bard singing foe.

The other day I was doing my daily leveling roulette as a monk. I ended up getting The Aery.

Now it had been a long day, so I was pretty tired and I had a hard time focusing. I felt I wasn't at my best.

The rest of the group was great and knew exactly what they were doing.

So I was pretty shocked to have earned three commendations. I had to stare at my screen for a while to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

When tank got out of my sight after falling in Dzemael Darkhold (We know which part i'm talking about) He tried to run back up but I jumped and sprint after him.
The rest of the party jumped after me. I managed to catch up in time and topped him while he was tanking the nasty frogs.
A wipe was prevented /vpose.
