I think we all have our mess-ups to some degree. But keep in mind that usually, people come here to either vent after a particulary horrible run they did their best to save and failed, or to share the happiness over something that went amazingly well. Both are usually not something that is focused on their own errors
And if a failed, enraging run actually IS (at least partially) the fault of the one who tells the tale, it does get pointed out by other posters too, so it's not like that just gets ignored ^^
That said, at least for myself I think I can say that I quickly realize when I am the problem and put an end to it before I waste people's time. Or just avoid situations that could lead to that altogether. And if for some reason they still end up happening, I explain, apologize and offer to withdraw instead of becoming defensive and angry.
Example: Wanted to join A9S clear, entered A10S instead (because 'breath' is more external than 'eyes', isn't it? ;-; ). Hadn't even watched a guide for that one, 100% no idea what was going on. So I apologized to the group, explained why I mixed them up and left before people could waste precious buff food.
Or lately, I was in a Thordan EX bird farm party and we all messed up really badly on the positioning during the last 10% during one run and all got ourselves killed, except for a single healer who, with sprinting, evading and DoTs somehow survived long enough to fill up the LB3 by himself and use it to miraculously save the run. When the bird dropped, I proposed we all pass on it so the healer gets it (and everyone actually did, which was great!).
No one is above failing, what matters is how people act when they do fail, at least in my opinion :x
