I did Niddhogg EXT tonight with a pug, it was a "farm" group who were kind enough to let me tag along despite my bonus simply because I've been trying to clear it with my FC for weeks now so pretty much know the fight in and out.

Sufficed to say this sums up what I thought my progression would be like after finally downing Niddhogg;

Turns out the leader of the group probably didn't actually know the fight at all, as he died to every single thing in the fight thereabouts. Oh, and his armour broke so we quit.

In short; I did EXT Niddhogg with a pug-farm, we failed terribly and I made no progress as we quit at the exact place my FC gets stuck at.

Dark Tank barrels into the first area for a full pull and gets low on health.
I might have thrown one too many holy spells before switching out of cleric.
He snips at me for almost letting him die. Ok. I keep quiet.

Dark Tank then barrels headlong into the boss without waiting.
Ok. I see this all the time. Speed run. Don't want to hold up 10 seconds, i get it.
He snips at me for not casting stoneskin. -_- I keep quiet

We enter the last area.

Dark Tank makes a snide comment about how i have a Padjali weapon.
I keep quiet.

Dark Tank barrels headlong into the area pulling the whole from one end to the other and proceeds to run circles around the room.
We wipe.

Dark Tank tells me to learn how to heal.
At this point i'm thinking i really don't want to heal the guy, but i have two other party members who are just bystanders in the vomitous elite drama of this tank... so i can't really let them down.

We do the next pull and then i guess i throw in a Cure spell when he's at full health because button mashing xD
He snips at me for curing him when he's at full health.

Now i actually speak up and say i could not cure him if he would rather, but the others in the party don't need the drama.
He says he's not making any drama.

I decide to get fun at this point and spam heal on him while he's full and cast pointless Esunas. xD
The party is never in danger.

Come the last boss, which he barrels into headlong before my MP is past half full,
I opt to kind of cure him... enough that he doesn't die, but skillfully keep him around 1/3 to 1/2 health.
....then when Behemoth comes i let him die because it's a pause in the battle and we're safe after all.
(The other two are kept at full the entire battle)

Swift Cast, Raise....
Pause... for about 10 seconds he stays down as if pondering if to bother getting up.
He does.
I top him off. The battle continues. I let him sit at 1/3 health again.

I try to let him die juuuust before the boss goes down, knowing we can win either way, but he pops a cooldown and stays up.
Then he makes another nasty comment and storms off.

I turn to the other two who are sticking around and say,
Yeah, i let him die but we won.

I then vanish into the ether.

I got blacklisted. (old story)

Joined Nidhogg bird farm via PF as BRD. It was when Nidhogg was a new trial without Echo.
We find out that there is a 'bonus' but the player said that this is his alt and that he have already beaten this trial many times.

Alright fine, we ready check and start. First wipe happened before the ads phase.
NP just a silly mistake, it is our first wipe.
Sadly it doesn't stop here, we kept wiping at phase 1 and this is suppose to be a bird farm?

We finally reach phase 2 (Ads phase) and we wipe because of low dps.
I look at ACT numbers, I don't say anything.
We kept trying but never got passed that phase.

After a wipe, MT does ready check and '2/8' were not ready. Me and DRG were not ready.
MT start pull macro anyways. The DRG spams the chat with "Wait please!", "Wait!".
The tank pulls anyways. I thought tank would actually wait.. but nope. He pulled.

I was not ready and did not think he will pull, so I did not play Foe or pop my CDs.
Tank pulling shocked me, I tried to play Foe + BV, pop CDs and .. only managed to get few hits but nidhogg jumped.
I saw my numbers and was not happy with them.
I noticed that DRG did not move at all. Not 1 single hit from DRG.
I felt bad for him and for myself.

Nidhogg jumped twice this time because of low dps (Not surprised).
The 2nd jump I run into Niddhog path to kill myself with fire and ask for a wipe.

MT and some salty player got very angry at me for doing so. They even said DPs was so **** low.
I told them "In case you did not notice 2/8 were not ready and yet you pulled, what did you expect would happen?"
I continue to tell that it was me and the DRG who were not ready.
They ask us why we were not ready.. I tell them I needed more time because of CD, as for DRG he remained silent and was not moving yet.
I told them DRG might have had real life issue that made him go AFK.

The MT and the salty player both got angry telling me: "CD?! You wiped the party because of CD?!!!!"
I tell them the DRG did not lay a single hit.. we would have not passed the ads phase.
I got this: "Kick Yeol, he is wasting our time."

Eeehh how am I wasting time here? If the DRG had to go AFK and tank did not wait on CD then compline about low dps.
How is this my fault? Just because I spoke up? Telling the MT that what he did was wrong?

I got kicked from the party and blacklisted.

I was a tank doing a dungeon run and our healer refused to heal. They insisted on being a DPS and said that I should be able to tank and passively heal after the fight with no healing. As frustrating as that was, we almost wiped before the boss of Copperbell Mine. I was maintaining agro and had only three guys on me, no big deal and then someone pulled a bigger group of mobs and I of course am doing my thing, maintaining the agro as a tank would, and then suddenly I died. Then one of the DPS died. If it wasn't for the other DPS we would have likely wiped. This so far has been the only bad experience I've had with the duty finder.

Did trial roulette today as a tank and landed in Ravana normal mode. I main tanked it and found myself desperate for healing most of the time. When Ravana was almost dead I found myself not even getting healed anymore and eventually died while Ravana started wreaking havoc on the party at the last 3% since the OT got pushed off.
One of the astrologians asked me "where's the living dead bro?"
I responded with "where's the heals?"
"It's a dps loss to keep healing when the boss is at 5%"

Did you point out to them they're healers and not DPS?

Hopped into Gubal normal to help heal for an FC mate, who was WAR.

Encountered a level 60 SMN, who, despite going through plenty of Aetherflow stacks, never once received an Aethertrail Attunement stack.

Draw your own conclusions from that.

Sophia EX in RF, my very first try as healer. Everyone is on point, all cool, all nice, then everyone positiones for a small Quasar although it's a big one. We wipe, and everyone leaves. Because of ONE MISTAKE. Why are these... individuals even in DF/RF, really.

Running expert for singing crystals for my other relics. We get Xelphatol, doing speed run pulls. Okay, no problems. Throw a balance on the monk (raid member, among other things- so I know his DPS is legit) and a spire on the ninja. We get to the first boss. I'm DPSing and hear the sound go off for trick attack, but see no vulnerability up on the boss. The boss hadn't moved, so no excuse of the boss wiggled and just barely hit the flank instead of what had been the back. I notice there's no dancing edge up- the tank is a dark knight. I also notice, longer into the fight, there's no shadow fang or mutilate. I also watch the ninja cast huton and ask my monk sitting behind me, out loud, "Is this player for real?"

I point out lack of dancing edge, dots or trick attack. As we continue to run through, I add in lack of armor crush, raiton, doton, death blossom, kassatsu, internal release, blood for blood, goad, dream within a dream duality- basically anything not katon, aeolian edge combo, suiton (that gets missed 100% of the dungeon) or huton. I can't even say, "Well, at least they LB'd." (They didn't. >_>)

I know some DPS try to be active in PoD and act smartly: them leave the majority and sneak into another room, take the coffer and deal with everything on the way, that makes the run efficient. However, some self-assertive guys are not smart at all and really annoy me.
The day before yesterday I joined PoD as tank. Considering my poor DPS, I had no choice but leading the way and holding the mobs. Soon I found a DPS always separated himself from the group. He sneaked into other rooms but could not skip the mobs, which made himself badly hit (sometimes hit to death).When we were in a same room, he often beat other mobs which I was not pulling. What was more, when we killed the necessary mobs and were about to leave a room, he began to kill the remains, which drew us back to aid him. It seemed as if the tank was him, not me, and he made us do extra killing and healing.
Please, I was not desiring the position of leader, but a rampage DPS really made us exhausted.
