"A healer heals, a tank tanks (one pull at a time, can't stress out the healer!), a dps.. I play the way I feel is fun!"
Anyway, if you are playing a white mage, you can have full blown conversations in the chat. If you type fast enough, since it's a caster.

Well, now you put that out in the open... I think we'd like to see those memes now too :P
Just as a note, as a Japanese person myself, since you're playing on the Japanese datacenter, it shouldn't really be expected that we can speak to you in English, though trying via auto-translate is commendable. However, I'm guessing that you entered the roulette with 'J' selected, even though you cannot speak Japanese. While I understand that this is probably one of the only ways to get a quick queue as an English speaker on one of the Japanese datacenters, some Japanese are (sadly, in a way) still under the assumption that English speakers won't select 'J' unless they speak Japanese, and are thus not prepared to be in a party with English speakers. Were you able to speak Japanese, I daresay it would've been a lot easier to communicate to that sprout what it is that needed to be done, especially that their enmity stance didn't need to be constantly refreshed. Just pointing out what many Japanese may think if seen from the opposite perspective.
Ohhhhh that is how you vanquish this boss! Do not mind if we all do then. */sit until the ads kill us all then yeet boy that healer from the dungeon*
Eden Titan as dragoon. Somewhat hilariously, I was the only DPS who didn't get thrown off at least once.
Three...more Litore...runs to go...and I can finally be done with a majority...of this farming...and then it'll be farming DR for possibly 16 more runs...and Diarrhea for probably 12 more runs...
Each Litore run so far in the past couple days so many people died to Dawon, myself included, because of server ticks or just bad positioning. Last couple I went as a dps RDM...and ended up being a rez mage.
Kill me.
This one is beyond your help. Only sleep can save her now.
paglth'an.
we had a first timer tank. in the beginning he asked for pointers. and after that he wanted tipps before every boss. i mean if you wanna know everything, why not just read a guide?
but well i dont get it anyway. its a game why learning what to do before even trying? there is no harm in wiping. where is the fun?
I kinda get it. Some players like to go in blind, but a lot of people get pissed if you didn't study some video guide and memorize all the mechs so you don't "waste their time" learning. Others probably want some kind of engagement with other players, and asking for tips seems like an obvious route to interaction.
You get very few of the benefits of multiplayer during actual content (nobody really wants to explain anything because just google it noob, combat is too fast paced to type at the same time, everyone wants to clear instances ASAP and get their personal grind done, etc).
Yet you still have to deal with all the negative aspects of multiplayer, like other people getting pissy with you for screwing up, pressure to perform, etc.
So it's like a single player RPG, but with a peanut gallery watching you play.

According to best friend number one of many and their partner, the meme of the day appears to be tanks in all dow gear.
Square, Square, oh you sweet summer child we must have a talk about what you allow and really should not allow. Please for the love of the twelve remove the ability for tanks to equip non tank gear during ARR. I know you are capable of this because you changed ironworks rings to no longer be unique.
Welp! She has been getting much use out of the sleep spell recently at the least and always carries a ridiculous quantity of the potions.
