Hmm I do wonder if you ran into one of those healers that refuse to heal players that take damage from avoidable damage. I have ran into a few like that. Though probably was just a meh healer. :PYeah, *really* screwed up ahah.
Had DPS die twice in that run too, but they were able to dodge AOEs a lot more than I was.
Also to be fair, with most of my other classes I keep myself as up-to-date as possible, but I didn’t want to buy gear that would go to waste in ONE dungeon run. (that would get at most like... 3 more uses when I level my other tanks).
there’s an edit in what you quoted that is practically begging to be read.
Just finished a Puppet's Bunker, where at the very start a BRD asked how long the run would take. People answered 25-30min...the BRD promptly disconnected. After first boss finished pondered in party chat if they were going to try and skip everything and rejoin at the final boss to not have to put any effort in. Though, since the next fight had already started couldn't start a vote kick. Before next fight, they were kicked and a MCH joined for the remainder of the run.
Like I said, there's no hard feelings. It could've been an off day for them, they could've tunnel visioned, any one thing could've been the case.
(Doesn't mean I'm still not salty tho ahah, like... 7 times, my guy?)
Ninja is actually pretty awesome, just finished leveling it up to 80 last night. Using it in DF content is pretty cool.
Next, and my final 80 to chase, is Pugilist/Monk. I like that even in its most basic rotation I need to move from rear to flank to rear all the time, hahah.
Monk was my first class, and as such my first class to 80. It's definitely one ofthe most busy classes!Ninja is actually pretty awesome, just finished leveling it up to 80 last night. Using it in DF content is pretty cool.

So I got myself one of those MMO mouse's after hearing all the cool kids banging on about them, its great, it changes colour and everything. I must have got drunk with excitement though and decided the best thing to do was rearrange my entire hotbar hud and remap all the keybinds, I even deleted all the little macro's I had secretly been using to remove button bloat.
Jumping straight into DF after this, it turns out, was a bad idea. It was like playing one of those games that reverses all your inputs for the lulz, except it was like I was playing while drunk and being personally serenaded by Megadeath. My brain melted and I managed to screw up, well my everything and got hit by so much avoidable damage I honestly think mobs from other dungeons had joined in and started attacking me.
Think I might have a go on a dummy for a bit, then see if my trusts are up for some action.
The mouse does look lovely with illuminated blue buttons though, so there's that.
If it’s any recompense, I suffered a very similar scenario a few weeks back upon purchasing a new controller. So I got myself one of those MMO mouse's after hearing all the cool kids banging on about them, its great, it changes colour and everything. I’m so used to playing healer and DPS and following tanks around, I never realized I never learned the directions to run in. When it’s my turn to tank in leveling dungeons it’s like I turn my brain off for trash pulls, where all too often I run straight towards a dead end.
Which is ironic because I pull great DPS as a tank, never get vuln stacks and almost always mitigate tank busters for the boss fight. But then after the boss fight there’s a good chance that I’ll run the wrong way, even having the rest of the party follow me going the wrong way.
I wonder if this is related to me managing to get lost while driving even though I’m using a GPS. I’m so directionally challenged I feel like Zoro from One Piece.

Just did Steps of Faith in Trials roulette - had a new person in the group. One person immediately said "I already did this today. Not doing it again." and leaves. Replacement enters.

We finished in just under 7 minutes. XD
