Thanks for clarifying. I have never seen anyone do it even savage raiders I sometimes see on twitch are not don't do it. So just seem odd to me.

If you were watching streams during SB, the SB AST opener always involved early Lucid because you wanted to keep it and old COpp’s cooldown timers aligned. So when you extended the AOE opening card, you extended Lucid with it simply so they always lined up. I’m sure AST is different now, but Lucid should typically be used around ~75% MP; and on cooldown for AST specifically since they will have fewer secondary resource for MP management. As far as I’m aware, they’re still the healer that struggles the most with MP if one adheres to ABC.

Tried keeping LD on cool down on run just now. I see why people do it so my confusion as to why people do it is cleared up.

Aside from that did a world of darkness run last night. Not a single one of the 3 tanks used defensive stance..first boss ran around killing people on top of making dealing with the whole light dark mechanic a nightmare

I don't have a long story, but I was doing my weekly Eden normal runs for alt job gear and after a somewhat grueling E2N run I rolled on the items I wanted and passed on everything else.

Well, after about 2 minutes I noticed someone wasn't rolling intentionally, and people started to get super annoyed at around the 3 minute mark, turns out that the person who wasn't rolling was standing in the corner away from everyone, and they only rolled on 1 item, gave it a 30 second pause, rolled on another item and got it, and then waited another 30 or so seconds before leaving without rolling on anything else. Someone yelled at him to gtfo because he already got his loot and he responded by cursing back at them.

I really don't get why people have to waste people's time by not rolling as if it'll make people leave and they get better chances.

this happened last night so I need to share it.

I was helping a friend level her dark knight by doing a few Qarns, we get in there and she pulls the mobs we start to kill them, then she dies from not getting healed. so we struggle to get past the first adds then get all the way to the adds before the first boss and she dies again. The healer then types in chat "STOP DOING THAT!" so we are both confused on what she means, and I just assume its mp cause this healer never had MP for some reason. we get past the first boss and start making our way to the 2nd boss, we decided to skill the opitional doors because there was no point in killing 2 sets of mobs to avoid fighting 1 set, so we run past the doors and the healer says "WTF ARE YOU DOING WE NEED THESE" my friend explains that we don't, and I also reassure them that we don't need those stones. Well the healer isn't having it and pretty much says "WHAT THE F IS WRONG WITH YOU?" the sam who I am assuming is her bf or his gf because they shared a last name finally chimes in and saying "I am just going to kick you" so we get to right infront of the 2nd boss and a vote to kick pops up I click no, but the couple click yes and my friend gets booted out of the dungeon, so naturally i just leave because I was helping her anyway.

lol like idk Qarn is a super low level dungeon and didn't understand the hostility in there. Just a weird random experience

Tbh I'm guilty of doing that just for fun. I've had a few innocence EX runs where I made a show out of choosing who to dance partner, and then randomly choosing the scholar or the dark knight. It was pretty great since I found it adorable that the healers had a renewed sense of purpose and importance as soon as I threw the dance partner buff on them.

From the looks of the background it's only alexander normal anyways, so it should be fine and the person was most likely messing around and enjoying the game instead of worrying about numbers on outdated content.

Leveling roulette a few days ago. RNGesus decided we will do Sastasha. RNGesus also decided to pair me with a 43lvl SCH who thought healing is done by spamming pet summoning over & over. Good thing pet healing is enough for early game dungeons
