Joined PoD on my AST, get in a party with WAR, DRK and another AST. 4 Floors in and the DRK drops out. New member joins while we progress.....it's another AST who wants to clear the final boss (having wiped several times previously).

In the Edda boss fight, The other 2 AST's dps with cleric stance on but forget to turn for cold feet, despite being told, and continually get hysteria buff. 1 AST with low level pool gear sucks at healing (even with buff) and I end up with low MP which is slowly restoring (I draw bole more than 2 times in a row.......). Me and the Tank manage to dodge the circle AOE....other 2 AST's are not so lucky and die....I res an AST and we manage to kill the boss.

On the way out the other AST, who doesn't need the floor clear, insults the party. She wanted to wipe in the end boss to repeat the floor....even though we agreed to help the other AST clear it.

I don't know where I find these people.

I've never understood how someone can take the proper healer play of DPS'ing when possible and somehow get "never heal" out of it. It's just... where do these terrible people come from?

This, we seriously need restrictions applied to Dungeons requiring you to wear a Job Stone.

People seriously troll Groups like that, even in Alexander Creator, it's not funny when you're doing A12 that often in a row and get bashed by something like that *lol*

I think you've misinterpreted my post, as immediately prior to that post I mentioned that I've been going into 24-man raids on THM since 2.1. I frequently finish as top caster and I can't remember the last time I finished outside of top 5 in overall raid DPS.

So obviously, I'm completely against requiring job stones for entry. The point I was making (in the post you quoted) was that even if you require a job stone, bads still gonna bad.

Tbf, isn't Praetorium a bit of a clusterfuck to begin with? Everyone just wants to rush like hell through it.

Levelling dps, got Amdapor Keep hard. The party was struggling a bit with mechanics, wipe on second boss. Tank (mentor) "noobs! Idiots!". My reply "nice mentor crown you have there". His reply "f*** off".

I did expert roulette today and got Baelsar's Wall, with mnk and blm as dps. The tank pulled from the start to the first wall, which I normally heal without any problems. However the dps was so bad the tank and I ran out of cool downs and I couldn't pump out heals fast enough. Turned out the monk refused to use aoe because "monk aoe drains tp really badly."

That's basically unacceptable, right? I watched his tp and it never dipped below 80% on trash. What was he saving it for?

Yeah. He's a moron. You use Arm of the Destroyer when targeting five mobs or more and Rockbreaker at two or three. That said, even with single targeting. A few of those mobs should have died fast enough. So I'm wondering if he even knew his single rotation properly.

Mnk shouldn't have TP problem if they know what they're doing.Its Drg though...even single target mob/boss,Goon might run out of TP before mnk even the mnk do the aoe rotation.

Even as DRG, if both dps are doing aoe, you should be able to finish off all the mobs before you're drained completely dry. I've been doing EX on DRG lately. As long as both DDs are aoeing, it's doable.

If they're not....then no.

Had a MNK partner for Baelsar's Wall and they did aoe at every big pull. We melted that dungeon. My tank and I commed her.

Well from my experience,its kinda rare to run into another Good melee on DF.
Even you're Good melee yourself but if ya got paired with bad dps,You'll run out of TP soon enough.
And one thing is clear...Ran out of TP as mnk ain't frustrate as much as goon.
