Not sure why it's occurring and/or if this is the right place to seek help with it, but I figured it was a good place to start.

Issue is as stated, I have tried to get the software token e-mail sent to myself 2x now and I can't seem to actually get it in my inbox or even my junk mail folder. I have received other mail from SQE since I returned to the game a few days ago, so I know the address is in the system correctly. On that subject however, I did seem to have trouble getting a PW reset e-mail sent to me properly, but got that resolved on my 2nd try. I'm not sure what else the problem could be. Should I file a ticket instead?
