I quite understand the picking a healer because not wanting to dps. I used to be like that and had been playing healer in other games. Now though.. guess it was a gradual change. Not wanting to dps can be not wanting to have the pressure of having to kill stuff quick. But how I started to see it is, dishing out some damage is sort of pre-emptive healingafter all, dead mob doesn't cause damage. Doing some damage on healer doesn't need to be done on the same pressure as being full time dps. Just add dot here or there. Besides poisoning poizone monster can be oddly gratifying
. I'm rambling, what I'm saying is, if you are not heading for the cutting edge latest possible content, you are not required to heal to be able to play trough stuff. But take a peek at it. When done with no pressure of having to be speedy or throughout you can still add tick or two to the party damage just for fun's
