    Signature automatically renewed

    Hi.

    My signature has automatically renewed 4 days ago. I had a lot of crysta on my square enix account, but i don't want to spend it right now. I'll stop playing for a long time, due a work travel.

    I need my signature cancelled and my crysta returned, for use in a moment more favorable to me.

    I searched on suport, and i found na option to cancel this automatic renew, but i couldn't find it at mogstation.

    I hope this can be solve.

    Go here after you log into the mog station, https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/acctop
    (You may have to click Select Service on the left hand side if you hadn't already logged in.)

    Click FFXIV then Manage Service Options.

    Then just hit cancel subscription. :O

    That should do it for you, although you'll have to contact customer service to ask if they could restore your crysta for the accidental payment. I don't know if they will, but give it a shot!

    I can't find a email that i can contact them. I think they should answer this post, with instructions that i may follow.

    I'm sorry, but they won't. These forums are mainly for players to help other players. SE rarely post on them and when they do it's the community reps passing on information, certainly nothing account related though.

    Although other players have said they are slow to respond and the best way to contact them is phone or webchat (sorry I don't know the details for either).

    You can ask them for a refund but there pretty high chance they can tell you no. Below is why.

    All FFXIV Subscription Fees are non-refundable, with the limited exception in Section 4.7 below.
    4.7 Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances Only. The entirety of your FFXIV Subscription Fee is applied by Square Enix to the FFXIV Service Account on the day that it is charged. All charges related to the Game are non-refundable unless third-party criminal activity is involved, as determined by Square Enix. Therefore, if you deactivate your FFXIV Service Account in the middle of a 90-day Billing Cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the Billing Cycle, but may continue to play the Game until the Billing Cycle ends.

    I had right now a stressing talk to a attendant of square enix. She told me that is impossible to refund, and i will lose the remaining days. I searched the entire mogstation site and there's no button to cancel auto renewal for ps4 users. Im so pissed off, I will never play this again. There are 172 days remaining on my account, and about 4k crysta.

    I think that's why the Brynhildr server population reduces every day. Congratulations, Square Enix.

    I'll never buy anything again from you.
