True, but every bit helps and not just EXP but you get extra Gil and Seals (depends on which Roulette as well) if you do the Adventurer in Need bonus.

So what you really want is more stuff. There's nothing wrong with asking for that so to say, but the point of the bonus is to incentivize jobs that are needed so that queues pop faster for everyone.

To be frank, the bonus is honestly pitiful anyway.
