True, but every bit helps and not just EXP but you get extra Gil and Seals (depends on which Roulette as well) if you do the Adventurer in Need bonus.

So what you really want is more stuff. There's nothing wrong with asking for that so to say, but the point of the bonus is to incentivize jobs that are needed so that queues pop faster for everyone.
To be frank, the bonus is honestly pitiful anyway.
Levelling in this game is really not as bad as it could be.
I think any player who picks up a class that will make anyone's queue time quicker is a hero in my book!
BOOST THE REWARD FOR ADVENTURER IN NEED

OP, would you prefer to have no indicator for tanks who feel like queuing for a bonus? Do you want to increase the DPS surplus during peak hours?I was sure the "in need" part of Adventure in need is obvious...
However, I too would like to see better rewards given to encourage tanks to put up with pugs

The only thing that will change the "in need" category is more tanks queuing into DF than other roles. I'll happily queue in DF as a tank, but according to quite a number of tanks on this forum they won't because of the attitudes of a lot of DF people. And I've been lucky for the most part but I've seen my fair share too.
I've been lucky then as I'm que as a Tank and got no one complaining about my Tanking skills... I play a very dependable Tank in my runs.
Though it's something I like to see... mixed up a bit or changed a tad for the Adventurers or maybe add in a "second" Adventurer in need. Like the first one gets better and higher reward while the second one gets the current reward level. Maybe something like that which provides some balance and always other roles to be used for Roulette.

Think about this....
0 tanks in queue, 2 healers, 10 dps in a queue for a 4 man dungeon
Current in need: tank
According to your suggestion: after 2 minutes, in need: dps
Everyone sees that and queues as dps
0 tanks in queue, 3 healers, 30 dps in queue
dps now have to wait ages
you now get some 'bonus' exp but have to wait twice as long since everyone wants the 'bonus'.
Oh for the love of...!
I said RANDOMIZE the Adventurer in Need every few minutes! Not cycle through making all of the Roulettes for Adventurers so it switches from Tank to Healer or DPS.
Allowing the other Roulettes to get other classes to play as. Then again it doesn't help much when DPS and Healer are the most used classes in the game and Tanks aren't.
Also I was suggesting now in my previous post of making two sets of "Adventurer in Need" classes where the first class required gets the better and higher rewards making more people play that class more likely for the better rewards where the second class gets the same rewards we currently have for Roulette. Seeing as Tanks are the most requested this might make people want to play as Tank more to earn even greater rewards and help with the queue time.

DPS and healers are never really in need which is why they rarely appear. There's no way to mix it up if tanks are the ones in need at that time, which they usually are. The whole point of 'in need' is because that certain class is lacking, they can't just stick a DPS sticker over the top when tanks are the ones needed or DF queues would be 100x worse than they already are.
