Best way to pay for gametime?

I don't mind setting up a recurring payment method with my credit card, but I would rather just pay it when needed. Is it best to set my payment method to Crysta and just make sure I have at least 1500 crysta in my account each month. And if I don't will it automatically buy Crysta with my credit card and apply it, this is what I want to prevent from happening.

Just curious what others do as a form of payment method.

If you set it to pay by credit card it will automatically charge your card each time the fee is due.

If you set it to pay by crysta it will automatically deduct from your crysta balance each time the fee is due, provided there are enough crysta there to do so. If at that time you lack the crysta for the next subscription payment, your subscription will be suspended until you update your payment method again.

If you set it to pay by game time cards, it will add time to your subscription whenever you add another game card, but won't renew automatically. If you reach the end of your subscription, it will be suspended until you pay again.

You can buy prepaid cards (physical, or codes online)
I used to buy physical prepaid cards but the place in my area that sold them shut down, so I'm on credit card ATM.

I do the 90 day reoccuring which charges off my debit card every 90 days. I find it easier but you need the option that works best for you. I would say if you don't want to do reoccuring I would buy the prepaid cards.

Thanks yall, the only reason I didn't want to do reoccurring every 3 months is because I will forget to deduct it from my account. I keep my checkbook registry on an app on my phone and I can set monthly recurring charges and it will automatically put those in like netflix and hulu and such, but it doesn't have an option to set to to every 3 months.
