    100ms ping isn't a life ending latency compared to ~25 ish. It is not going to magically fix everyone's dps. Digititus "not passing" (because you are slow) and having hallowed ground go on CD while you die on the cast animation will still happen. The reality is... it is a skill issue.

    The ms is not 100 its closer to 200-225 for most people :/
