I agree with the post earlier, that there is nothing to do outside raids. Me on most of my group just log on for savage. It is also true that it is very difficult to find a competent replacement here, but to be honest, good players are usually in statics, they don't wait for an opportunity to be someone's replacement. We need to progress on A4, because 1 member is leaving for 2 weeks, and it can happen that we won't raid until he comes back, which is awful, but what can you do ^^.
