How come this happened though? That's truly a shame :/

In the environment of hardcore progression, ever since Exordium disbanded a few weeks after the launch of Final Coil the overall 'bar' for progression on Phoenix has been drastically lowered and at no point has any Free Company stepped up to take back that very same mantle and as a result, the 'quality' of raiding on Phoenix as a whole has suffered, as there is no incentive for players to come here for progression reasons. Ultimately individuals who hold progression as their sole focus will always drift towards servers that contains the majority of the likeminded players, which causes the competent raid capable individuals to who lose their statics to act in this very same manner.

With the advent of EU servers, while I remain hopeful that Phoenix will see a definate influx of new players due our vast casual population I fear that this won't help remedy the overall situation, as servers such as Ragnarok or Cerberus just offer so much more to a progression minded player who's actually doing their research of which server to move to.

Phoenix is shit. People say that static breaks are fault for not clearing A3S, A4S. That's not true, you have teams that are constantly going at it and still can't clear it? What do you think? It's been far too long and Phoenix still hasn't finished Savage.

It's been 1 month since A4S clear, 2 months since A3S. You have full ESO gear. (Accessories 210 already) Your DPS is more than enough . So calling it a DPS check at this time is just stupid.

Now I guess Phoenix really is bad if they can't process what's happening and how to execute things. If you dedicate 10 hours a week for raiding you can surely do it.

Those teams that were doing it all the time for world first had lower dps and were figuring out ways how to maximize dps for certain parts and did far more testing that you'll ever do with your gear.

I think its a bit less than a month since elysium beat it and also come on give some people a break! Not all people wanna dedicate that much time to it

They should have cleared it a lot faster. I'm going to agree that raiding on Phoenix is really bad.

I agree with the post earlier, that there is nothing to do outside raids. Me on most of my group just log on for savage. It is also true that it is very difficult to find a competent replacement here, but to be honest, good players are usually in statics, they don't wait for an opportunity to be someone's replacement. We need to progress on A4, because 1 member is leaving for 2 weeks, and it can happen that we won't raid until he comes back, which is awful, but what can you do ^^. We are a slow server on progression, but it is worth noting that all the world firsts, second, thirds were achieved by Japanese or players from USA, like ellysium for example, they on 'EU' server but they are all from America, so their latency is 10-15 compared to our 100-200.
