Looking for a Small Free Company to Call Home

I've recently switched servers and am without a FC to join. I've also taken a bit of a break so I am somewhat behind too. It's a bit of a drag, but I am getting my weekly Esoterics in. I also just started getting into Alexander. Slowly but surely I'm making progress! I main as a Black Mage and I'm currently ilevel 173. I have a few barriers I’d like to overcome such as Bismarck Extreme. Other then that I’m a motivated player who’d like to complete all Primals and possible raids. Most of my playtime is weeknight from 18:00 EST till 23:00 EST. I’m willing to go longer if need be for group events. I’m not available Friday/Saturday, but online most of Sunday evening. I know, I know beggars can’t be choosers. But I’m not looking for a super big FC to join. I’d like one with a friendly and charismatic atmosphere. Ideally a mature group (shenanigans are more then welcomed, but please just no drama), that runs a good load of content. Thank you all in advance for taking the time to read this
