Hello localization team,

As I was levelling my DRK, I noticed that the tooltip for the DRK's action "Low Blow" includes the effect of the trait "Low Blows" (lv 36, 30% chance that a parry will refresh Low Blow's cooldown) even when you aren't lv 36 yet. I believe it should be fixed when you haven't reached lv36, as it may be confusing at first.
