how do i level other jobs

i got 60 got pretty geared and thought of leveling others but

what is the best way to even get exp when there is no quests

Keep ontop of your roulettes, run the occasional dungeon or two, FATEs are also not a bad way to break up the monotony.

those are the options available to you.

Tanks and healers with instant queue might want to dungeon spam.
As DPS, I usually fate grind while queuing in DF.

I only do Leves to fulfill challenge log requirements.

If you didn't complete all the side quests with your first job, you can do some of those. All the classes except the new 3 also have a hunting log for a bit of extra xp.

If you haven't used your leveling roulette on your main, can use it on an alt job for a bit of extra once a day, but the bulk of the xp is grinding dungeons and fates.

I generally level other jobs slowly, usually mainly with low level roulettes. Roulette bonus gives good exp, and generally don't need your attention for more than 30 minutes.

Your next jobs have an armory bonus, and will get exp faster than your first one. I have used barely any of my side quests to level, I did a bunch of them back in beta then when the game actually released I just didnt feel like doing them again. You get fates, dungeons, hunting logs, challenges and leves to level up aside from quests. The most recent dps job I took 30-50 was MCH only took 2 days, and that didn't even have a hunting log. With SMN it took me a couple days 50-60 as well. Tanks and Healers are far faster.

If you have rested bonus, food, and an fc activating EXP buffs each day, it's pretty quick levelling anything just through dungeons. If on DPS just do fates while waiting on queues. Granted it does start to wear you out doing the same thing over and over, thats why I like to take a small break in between leveling jobs.

Just to add because I didn't see anyone else mention it, but Clan Hunts are good, easy, xp. You also get Centurio seals, but I've yet to see anything noteworthy as a reward to purchase with them.

Getting to 15 will happen by accident, just doing hunting log and class quests. 15 and up if you look at leve quest exper, it's on par with side quests. Fates are as well. Of course if you want to spam Sastasha after 15, you will level much quicker. Trash mobs give 1100 exper each and they drop like flies. The game becomes a dungeon farmer at this point and if you don't like raids, you can fall back to leve and fate but it will take longer.

For starting off. Tanks and healers dungeon spam. For dps Fate spam. I know Central Coerthas always has a fate party running for players in late 20s and late 30s. For players late 30s to 54, NT is still the best way to go.
