Erm, Alexander NM doesn't require anything other than being ilvl170 (?) and finishing the main story of Heavensward. Ultimate Ballad is required to do Alexander savage.

Yes I have and I was told in order to access Alex NM you need to do ultimas bane.

fairly sure Ultimas bane is only required for Savage because its done by the same NPC, if you cant access normal alex then you;re missing something else

I just spent the last 10 minutes trying to tell my FC that Ultima is not required for alex normal. I followed you guys and found the quest and unlocked it and ran my first part. I even got a foot part yay. Thanks and sorry for the aggravation.

It is a silly requirement for savage though, however why are you waiting in duty finder when you can just grab some people from your FC and/or party finder and nuke it in 3 minutes by going in unysnced?

You know undersized parties with no level sync is a thing now right?
